• Knowledge of advanced voice gateway features is also necessary; their configuration and implementation and support.
• The candidate must also be apt to apply his skills in a manner consistent with the network infrastructure design and implement gatekeepers and directory gatekeepers in an H.323 VoIP environment
• Wholesale voice and IP Centrex which often strike as common service provider offerings should be paid keen attention to and knowledge of their support via IP-to-IP gateway is necessary. IP-to-IP gateways perform similar functions to voice gateways except that they connect VoIP links, not PSTN or PBX links.
