Just like others electronics items, printers can also create problem. The problem is related to dud ink cartridge, paper jam and a drive issue. Here, I am giving you information about some common printers’ problems that will help you to solve the problem without assistance of any technician.Paper Jam Problem

Paper jam is the common troubleshooting problem while working with printer. For instance, you are printing some essential documents, all of a sudden the printer starts eating distinctive crunch of papers. In this time, you need to cancel the printer job and flip open it immediately. To remove the problem of paper jam, you need to pull the paper gently in the direction of printing paper path. You should not pull the paper backward at any cost because it will damage your printer.

The Missing Driver

Missing driver is common problem of printer. You have geared up your printer to the job while your system fails to find the right driver. If you are facing this problem, you should install the compatible driver from vendor website or you can seek assistance from printer manual. You can search it by yourself by typing printer model, company name to find the right driver.

Picking up All Papers

It is really frustrating when you are trying to print and the printer feeds the whole paper stack instead of getting one piece at one time. First, you should sure that you fan the paper edge properly before putting in the feed tray of printer. It can easily separate the paper sheets. This problem can arise if you store your paper at cool places. Keep your paper at dry place to avoid this problem.

Blank Page Syndrome

If you install a new ink cartridge in printer but you are getting blank page coming out. The simple solution of this problem is that you should remove the sticker placed on ink cartridge before fixing it in the printer. You also need to run function of clean print head that will remove all air bubbles from your printer. You should not remove ink cartridge when you have already installed it.

Print Quality

Low print quality problem occurs when one ink well is working in low mode. This problem will display your image in blue or purple colors. To resolve this problem, you need to replace the ink cartridge of the printer and refill the ink wells as well.

Smudgy Printout

The problem of smudgy printout occurs when you try to print out paper of having a lot of vibrant and bright colored images. It happens due to wrong selection of paper settings. When you are printing text document, do not try to print it at high resolution quality. Or if you are printing photo paper, you should set it to high quality.

Printer connection to computer

When your system fails to connect with printer, you need to check the cable connection. You can also read printer and computer manual to make them compatible with each other.

There are many ways and reasons of data loss based on router transmission. The router troubleshooting is not a tough thing but there are some prerequisites that you need to know before you start this process. There are some tips that you should remember to get error free router configurations. If you are facing problem, you need to find out the nature of the problem lies with the router. This problem can be found on layer 3 protocol or a type of process error. A router works on the 3rd layer so it can be bit complicating when it comes to address resolution protocol. It will become the major cause of problem if you are unable to understand the infrastructure. Address resolution protocol works on the layer 2 that can resolve the routing and MAC address issues easily.

There is also need to check the path of access point to ensure whether they are within access or not.

The problem can also be found in firewall, switch and DNS that will be the major cause of problem as well.

Some quick troubleshooting tips are as follows:

You need to check router connections and terminals

Make proper adjustment for router antenna. If you use internal antenna, try to attach external antenna with internal

You can also change the location of your router and access point position.

Use monitoring device to check the signal strength.

Check whether you assign correct IP address or not

Try to keep your routing table also updated

You also need to check the status of connection. Check whether this physical connection is working fine or it is interrupted with some problem. When you check all service and connection points, it will help you to know the mistake related to connection establishment.

In the next step, go to the end of terminals to check whether the receiving device is having the right setting or not. There is need of proper configuration that you can check via software commands.

Check the physical display of the router and the access points range. If you are having no network access error, you can fix it by changing the place of access point or router.

If your router is working with internal antenna, then you can also use external antenna to enhance the performance and range of the router.

You should also check the signal strength of the router. You can see if signal are losing at some points, you need to trace out these points.

The most important thing is that there is need of checking IP address configurations at the router end and terminals.

It is also very essential to update information of routing tables. If your routing table is not having updated information, it will collapse the whole routing process. There is also a need of checking receiving nodes addresses, routing table addresses and timely updates got from terminals.
